NCR trademarks are the principal means by which we identify our company, products and services. If approved by NCR through the Dealer Application process, you will have the right to indicate to the public that you are a Dealer of NCR’s products and to display the appropriate NCR provided logo. Unless agreed in writing with NCR, you are not permitted to use our trademarks:

• As part of your own trademarks
• To identify products or services that are not ours
• In a manner likely to cause confusion
• In a manner that implies a partnership, joint venture or legal affiliate relationship with NCR

By accepting the terms of the Dealer Agreement you agree to the specific terms dealing with NCR trademarks.
