Requirement - All partners must demonstrate applications on NCR Hardware.

Upon arriving at the hotel, please contact Tonya Sloan at (770) 846-9715 to locate your equipment.  The product fair room will be in Swan 5.

Each station will consist of – one (1) 6’ draped and skirted table, one (1) standard electrical outlet.

Equipment must arrive on Friday, February 29, 2008 -  no earlier and no later

Set-up:
Monday, March 3, 2008  12:00pm – 5:00pm            Swan 5 
Must be completed by 5:00pm on Monday, March 3.

Product Fair hours:
Monday, March 3, 2008              6:00 – 9:00pm
Tuesday, March 4, 2008             5:00 – 7:00pm

Dismantle:
Tuesday, March 4, 2008 8:00pm – midnight            Swan 5

Everything must be packed and ready to ship by midnight, Tuesday, March 4, 2008.  Return shipping is the responsibility of each product fair participant.  Please make arrangements with the hotel shipping department to send out upon completion.  NCR can not be responsible for any unclaimed items.
